System composition and future development of robot controller

According to data from the German-based industry organization International Robotics Federation, China bought 36,560 industrial robots in 2013, a year-on-year increase of 60%. Japan purchased 26,015 industrial robots in the same period, ranking third in the United States, with 23,679 units purchased. China’s industrial robot purchases in 2013 were one-fifth of global sales, and for the first time in history exceeded Japan’s use of technology.

Chinese robot exists technology and talent training mode short board

Although China's current robot purchases have increased significantly, but the market share is mostly occupied by foreign brands, it is reported that the six major Japanese companies account for half of China's industrial robot sales, and China's four major robotic equipment manufacturers add together It only accounts for 5% of the Chinese market. Because of the short board in the core components and control systems, Chinese robots have long relied on imports and do not have an advantage in product prices.

In the talent training mode, there are nearly 100 colleges and universities and enterprises engaged in the research and production of industrial robots in China. The current system has caused various studies to be too independent and closed. Robot research, research and development are scattered, and no synergy has been formed. There is no uniform standard, low-level repeated research, and the popularization, sharing and research of high-end technology of basic technology systems are not enough. The industrial robot industry requires both technical and professional management, operations, and product talents. Due to the current shortage of professional talents, there is a huge gap between the research results of universities and research institutes and molded products, resulting in inefficient conversion of scientific research results, and the development of industrial growth is not obvious.
